We promise that translation materials submitted by the client would be strictly protected. We will not disclose customer’s material and personal information to third party unless permitted by the customer. We strictly comply with non-disclosure agreement to protect intellectual property of the customer.
Specific security measures include:
1. We promise that customer’s document and personal information will be regarded as confidential information and strictly protected. We ensure that only translator and editor in charge of the document can read content of the document.
2. All of our translators and editors abide by confidential rule.
3. Any part of the customer’s document will not be disclosed to third party.
4. We can sign confidentiality agreement before the customer submit the document if required.
5. All procedures run in safety system to ensure client’s information not disclosed.
6. Our interpreters have developed a habit of complying with professional ethics and keeping one's mouth shut as that of a jar.
7. We return or destroy the original document or translated document in accordance with the customers.
8. We will delete or destroy related document in 6 months if the customer has no request. We suggest you to backup it by yourself.
10. We have model for commercial confidentiality agreement for customers, please ask for it from our customer service staff if required.
