Translation Process
1. Project analysis
After receiving document, marketing staff will check content of text, count words and preprocess to generate order to pass over to dispatcher. Based on your requirements, we will make valuation within 1-2 hours for free. For large projects, we will appoint an experienced project manager to implement and coordinate project.
2. Project arrangement
For different project, project manager will select the most suitable translator from our teams based on profession and language to provide best solution for you. Our company analyzes and affirms translator's skills and qualifications to ensure everything is all right. With more than 3 years experience and translation skills, our translators can ensure methodical, ordered implement of the project. In order to maintain translation quality and consistency, we build up uniform terminology database and glossary in line with industry and cultural background.
3. Revision
In the course of the project, translation project manager will track in real time to ensure smooth running of the project. When first draft finished, we will do first correction and mutual correction based on proofreading plan to check if there are grammatical mistake, miss translation. Finally, project manager will integrate the document and revise it again, to check if there are any mistakes; if sentence pattern, words are correct or not; if terms and style are consistent or not.
4. Editing and Composing
Professional staff will do graphic layout and print it with laser-printer. We can satisfy all kinds of format requirements: typing and typesetting in Chinese and foreign language, image scanning and all kinds of file layout form, such as PDF, FREEHAND, PAGEMAKER, FRAMEMAKER, ILLUSTRATOR, bitmap and vectorgraph.
5. Quality Analysis
After translation and composing, project manager will make the case closed after conclusion and review.
6. Submission
Marketing staff will inspect the final document and deliver it through FTP, e-mail, paper document, disc or optical disk. For large project, we provide free receiving and delivery service. We can handle manual from 1-100 pages. Time for translation varies by complexity and format of the document.
Notes: Quality analysis method: self-correction, mutual correction, final correction by translation project manager, embellishment by foreign language native speaker (as required), verification by marketing staff before submission. Workers at each section have different audit content and requirements for different sections.
Daily output: junior translator ≥5k, intermediate translator ≥ 7k, senior translator ≥ 10k, unit: Chinese words/person.
Interpretation process
1. Defining customer needs
After getting call about interpretation, our customer service staff will answer related questions for you, such as: your needs, time, site, standard of translator level, profession for interpretation and budget and provide feasible solution.
2. Project analysis
We learn project requirement or business in detail, analyze project and provide reasonable cost estimation for you ASAP.
3. Providing the customer with materials about professional interpreter
We provide the customer with background material of suitable translators based on the profession and quantity demand to let customers to make right choice.
4. Determining interpreter
Interpretation project manager will select the most suitable interpreter for customer and make final confirmation based on the analysis of interpretation time, place, and profession.
5. Signing the agreement and making advanced payment
If the customer recognizes the solution and price provided by us, an interpretation agreement will be signed by us and the customer will pay advanced payment based on agreement price.
6. Customer providing material
Preparation before Interpretation
We will provide the interpreter with entrustment requirements by written form and give interpreter materials provided by the customer to make advance preparation to make sure nothing goes wrong.
7. Interpretation Execution
Interpreter will arrive at site in advance or on time to provide prefect interpretation service for the customer.
8. Interpretation Quality Track
After interpretation, we will contact with customer at first time to validate service quality. We will sum up our shortcomings, make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages to provide first-rate service for customers.
9. Settlement and Invoicing
Customer will close off balance payment, and our company will issue unified invoice.
