Assigned interpreters are qualified professionals who are sent by QUSON through outsourcing contracts to a domestic or overseas site upon your request. Assigned interpreters will work at your business site, and follow your instructions, saving you the trouble of headhunting for good interpreters.
If you need assigned interpreters from QUSON, you can choose the "headhunting" mode, in which case we will select and interview qualified interpreters on your behalf; or you can also choose the "technical service" mode, i.e. hire our full-time interpreters to work at a designated site.
With 12 years of experience, we have established a large pool of seasoned interpreters for assignment tasks of English, Russian, French, German and other languages. Besides, we have also created first class professional management capabilities for assignment tasks. QUSON is always your trustworthy partner for assignment tasks.
Assignment process:
1. Choosing suitable interpreters
Upon receipt of requirements and criteria for assignment, we will complete the assessment and screening of interpreters in our talent pool within 3 to 7 days, and provide you with CVs of one to three times of the actual number of interpreters needed. You may select interpreters who meet your needs via telephone or person-to-person interviews.
2. Pre-work Training
Before the selected interpreters are assigned, we will conduct a series of trainings, including basic training and business training. The former covers introduction to the client’s corporate culture, code of conduct and so on; whereas the latter includes trainings on terminology and standard of the relevant field. In addition, for long-term projects involving assignment periods of more than 3 months, we offer a domestic trail period of around 10 days so that the interpreters can learn about the project, their duties and the work processes. Such trail periods would also allow the client to assess the overall language competence of interpreters.
3. Execution of Assignment Contract
Once the assignment details are negotiated and agreed to, and once the client is satisfied with the terms, the assignment contract is signed to ensure the rights and interests of the parties.
4. Emergency Substitution
For interpreters whose performance is not ideal during assignment, Shandong QUSON will provide the client with a list of interpreters for replacement within 3 work days. The specific candidates will be determined after screening and independent assessment by the client. When the selected interpreter is assigned to the project site, if he/she is unable to continue with his/her work due to diseases, accidents and other emergencies, we will assign you another interpreter base on the specifics of the project within 3 work days; and the final candidates will be sent to the site after screening and independent assessment by the client.
