On August 6, Jiang Duntao, Party Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Yu Haitian, Mayor of Zibo Municipal Government and Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Ma Xiaolei, Party Secretary of Zhangdian District, Song Zhenbo, Deputy Mayor of Zibo Municipal Government, and Wang Xuegang, District Mayor of Zhangdian District and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhangdian District met Joachim Poylo, Founder and President of Aden Group, with French interpreting service provided by Shandong QUSON during the whole process.
In the afternoon of August 6, accompanied by officials from the municipal and district government, Joachim Poylo, Founder and President of Aden Group first visited the Exhibition Center of Urban and Rural Planning and Zibo Ceramics Museum.
During his visit there, through the interpreting services provided by QUSON, Mr. Poylo learned about the history, population, industrial structure, overall municipal-level planning and development blue print of the five districts and three counties of Zibo City, as well as the world-renowned ceramics culture and production process of Zibo.
After the visit, Mr. Poylo was met by Jiang Duntao, Party Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Yu Haitian, Mayor of Zibo Municipal Government at Qisheng Hotel.
Through the interpreting services provided by QUSON, Jiang Duntao, Party Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, welcomed Mr. Poylo, and expressed his appreciation of the French culture. Secretary Jiang also put forward hopes concerning the import of international smart technologies, boost of local business competitiveness, urban transformation and upgrading, and bringing more high-end manufacturers to Zibo. Mr. Jiang pointed out that Zibo, with its splendid history and culture, sound industrial basis, and rich cultural and tourism resources, is a hospitable city with huge potentials for business and tourism. Zibo is now striving for reform, empowering the private sector, and working to make it fully open to outside investors. The potential for collaboration between Zibo and countries across the globe is substantial. He also stated that the city hopes to engage in all-around and multi-field cooperation with Aden Group, a leading player in smart infrastructure management service, attracting more Fortune 500 companies to Zibo for high-quality growth.
Mr. Poylo, through the interpreting services provided by QUSON, also introduced the corporate history and product types of Aden group as well as its track records in China. Mr. Poylo later said that he had lived in China for a long time, and that he has deep feelings for the country. He suggested that he is quite familiar with Chinese companies, and that he shall work to promote cooperation projects between Aden and Chinese companies: "Aden will rely on its advantages and facilitate cooperation between Zibo and world-leading corporations".
In the evening, Secretary Jiang hosted a welcome banquet in Nanhai Hall of Qisheng Hotel, and entertained Mr. Poylo with the local cuisine of Zibo.
Zibo, as one of the birth places of Shandong cuisine, boasts local cuisine comprising excellent ingredients, unique cooking techniques and tasty dishes, winning the recognition from the French guests who come from a country with cuisines noted for its elegance the world over. During the dinner, thanks to QUSON's detailed explanation, in addition to smart technologies, the two sides engaged in heated discussion of dietary cultures. In the midst of a relaxed atmosphere, the two sides empathized with one another, and the French guests gained a deeper understanding of the richness of the Chinese dietary cultures and the uniqueness of Zibo cuisine.
